We are always looking for ways to improve our service so, in response to customer feedback, we are pleased to introduce the first phase of our new secure online service.

As this is just the first phase of the new OneFamily online service, the following products are eligible:
Our online service is only available to customers who have an eligible policy and have registered security details with us. Every time you login, you must enter your username, 3 characters of your password and the answer to a security question before you can access your online service account.
After ten minutes of inactivity you'll be automatically logged out. To continue using the OneFamily online service, simply login again.
NB: It is good practice to get into the habit of always logging out if you are leaving your PC unattended to prevent unauthorised access.
As an extra security measure every time you successfully login to the online service the date and time is automatically logged and will be displayed when you next login.
Any page on any OneFamily website that collects or displays personal information is held within a secure area. You can tell if you are on a secure page when you see a yellow padlock on the screen.
Registering is easy, and should only take a few minutes, all you need is your eligible OneFamily policy or bond number.
